The W8BAD Echolink node is a VOIP emergency communications node dedicated to any possible assistance that may be needed within our coverage area in the community. This node is 70cm and 2m capable. We are always looking to upgrade our communications abilities. The W8BAD Echolink node is always under construction. We are looking for donations to upgrade the system to further support emergency communications in the Downriver Michigan area. Future upgrades in development include  APRS IGate, IRLP and Dstar. Any contribution to the system would help enhance our emergency communications capacity.
